Being a Tenant

Each resident has their own apartment with a bathroom, kitchen, livingroom and in most cases a separate bedroom. Residents are encouraged to furnish their apartments with their own furniture and treasured possessions. Some of our apartments are specially adapted for disabled residents.

Our residents are given a balance of privacy and caring support. Each development has a complex manager, a caretaker and a gardener. We avail of the services of other volunteers such as meals on wheels.

We ensure that our residents are comfortable and safe and encourage them to join active age programmes in art, needle work and healthy exercise. There are regular social events which offer an opportunity to meet people from the greater community. They also arrange for the residents to go off on holidays once a year.
